Singular Properties is currently developing an organic farming project to grow our own produce. Our goal is to supply our restaurants with incredibly fresh, tasty and healthy organic produce at competitive prices, while promoting and developing an ecologically- and socially-responsible production chain that is integrated into our entire operation.
Our organic farm project is based on a chain of trust and sustainability with the aim of knowing and controlling the various stages of the food production cycle, right up to the table in our restaurants.
Origin Protection
We know who and which methods were used in the food production, based on the principles of proximity, quality and ecology. Some questions were made initially at the beginning of this project: What is the origin of the food we serve? Are they the best products we can offer? Who are the best producers? How are they produced? Can we do it better, more cost-effectively or differently?
