In a concept of "freestyle kitchen", the Cardume restaurant defines itself as a laboratory of flavors, where unique dishes are created daily and nothing is left to chance. Everything has its own intensity where we discover aromas and flavors never tasted before. The best fish from the Atlantic, the best meat from the island's green pastures, the greens from our farm and a Chef in search of the ideal combination of flavors and textures.

With more than 100m of cliff front, each corner has been designed to make you feel the exclusivity of a space just for you. Filled with unique views, it will be difficult to choose between yoga in the hut, having a cocktail by the pool, enjoying breakfast wherever you want, or simply watching the sunset from our fire pit.
